All I do is Mrs Jones work, that's where the money is. My point is there is a skill to our craft and if you can't do it all then you shouldn't be called a plasterer. Plasterers now a days are just skimmers in my book. Nothing wrong with that if that's all you want or need to know how to do...

I didn't touch solid plastering for the first two years. The only plaster I knew of was white. Everything we did was restoration of fibrous stuff. I wish I could go back and stick to that. I've made gargoyles for royalty from a silicone mould of the original that I took down by hand, soaked and...

I dont know what's gospel. I know what works for me so I'm not overtrained and can still plaster. Dorian Yates trained beyond failure and you can't argue it doesn't work. But he wasn't also a plasterer.

You don't need to go to failure, that's the brink of over training. There's a lot of bullshit flying around online and people read a snipet of some fitness influencer and take it as gospel. Anything gimmicky gets clicks as it sounds innovative. Consistent progressive overload without over...

People prioritising other things is fine but isn't a reason why they can't train, they're choosing not too. If your programming is right then you could train everyday and have plenty of recovery time. You could have a 7 day split which would give you 7 days recovery.
