If your on a site hire a strong box and chain it up in a container or the site agents office done it my self on a few sites make sure the chain is of good quality tho.

sika 615 is hand applied concrete repair mortar 620 is a faring coat which is trowel applied and finished with a sponge i love that type of work.

get a painter round to qoute you and you will know for sure if you have been done when you see their quote for filling and sanding before any paint goes on the walls.

If the job has been treated for damp then i would use a renovation plaster for a backing coat like wykamol (other brands available) its lightweight and you can skim next day job is a goodun.

Tou-pret TX10 filler is lovely gear to use bit pricey tho £11.99 for a 2 kilo box but very nice to use and there external filler is almost like a thin coat render again very good for patching prior to painting.
