You have two way different animals here you really need To talk to some one on what you want from your machine .

With plaster being a light weight product the spray caps with a bigger diameter is much better due the the air pressure being able to spray the light product in a nice wide band . So when using render by reducing the diameter it give the air a much better chance the move the heavier product...

Hi mate . It may just be the trip switch needs replacing this is a job you can do your self no problems . One thing I would check first is that you don't have any loose cables before changing the switch .

The plasters they make in Germany have much longer working times so they don't get as much build up has we do with our product ,. If you look at the price of there skim coat it's about £12 per bag so it makes you wonder what's in there .

Make sure you use 19mm hose no more than 3m long flush air out of water system and make sure you have no water leaks . Unless you have ware on your impeller on the water pump you should not have problems . Give me a call when your using machine so I can here what's happening .
