Just sounds like another twerp the importance of first impression has obviously escaped him, life's a c u n t sometimes and that would be my final word in vain hope he adjusted his ways for future ventures.
Prob tucked up under duvet at mummy's so no real consequences to real life.
 
You never know maybe it was genuine and his alarm just didnt go off...good on ya @Kitchy for giving him a second chance....happens again though and he obviously dont care, you only make the alarm mistake once.

Said he's bought another alarm clock..bless his cotton socks..i reckon that bed was 2 nice and warm to vacate but 2mz is another day so lets c if he turns in..dsnt realise opportunity he's missing if he fucks it up

Hes been sitting up pulling the cockle of himself all night watching porn. Got to near 12 and hes said, fcuk it, another 5 mins, ill be sweet getting up in the morning. Looks at clock and its saying 12.30 now, fcuk it, one more clip and ill go to sleep, ill be ok getting up in morning. Its now 1.30am, his balls havent a drop of spunk left in them and he realizes he has to put the phone down and get to sleep. Thinking it wont be a bother getting up untill that alarm goes of at 6am or there abouts and he says fcuk it, 10 more mins in bed and ill be grand! Wakes at 10.30 and been sacked before hes even set fot on site lol. You got to love these young lads for their enthusiasm

Site work im up earlier than the birds. Domestic, fcukers dont want you in untill the school run is over and that is well after 9. I enjoy the lyins but job takes longer to do ffs

I got no kids but , I tell them I have to go at 2.30-3pm to pick me kids up...

Fair play for giving him a second chance @Kitchy

I was keen in fact I was that keen and worried that the 2 spreads would leave without me I was always early....

It became a running joke that if I was not 20 mins early I would not be coming at all....

It did mean when I did oversleeping that they did not mind as I had a good transport k record and worked like a machine.... so they thought it was funny that they had broken me.... not that I had been out on the midweek piss :-)

just put a advert out had about 30 replies most were just nuts , but he has been to college for plastering and young so he might be willing to listen and learn, got a fair size job with everything from tacking ,hardwall floor screeds etc so he can have a fair go at everything but he has been told he must learn the basics first
 
thats what i mean give them a yard they take a mile or so called super trowels give the boy a bit of encouragement and say hey thats twice next time your doing my work for the day and i will wait on you till i go home and dont slag him off just remind him if your late he be later simplles :-0

been through about 15 -20 lads in my time and you can encourage some as much as you like and they will never learn, its not about slagging them off at all but some just can not be told or shown how to do something,we have all been there it takes time and practice
