Bullnose beads

Whats the crack with these just been told all the windows are having these was going to put a normal bead on the head the the 2 on the sides would this look right anyone got any pics thanks

We used to Bull nose angles on sand and cement quite often years ago, not done it for ages, easier with angle beads up the sides and a render stop across the head to take the rain water away from the window

for a very short time ,years ago, we used a bullnose angle trowel and a bullnose twitcher.
people did not like the windows in bullnose it looked to much like a tv screen, which were rounded at the time.
the bullnose internals were a problem for the carpenter to fit skirting boards.

I’ve never used them Ste. Not sure.

Used in hospitals, think you’d just have to mitre them. Use joiners chop saw he won’t mind. Get him to change blade to a fine tooth in between making you a brew.

Are you trying to say that if you use these the walls have to be white. And exactly the same shade of white as the beads

Just the same as plastic arch beads, plastic angle beads. Slight rub and they paint fine.

do them freehand with a bullnose trowel. will look much better I think.

Them trimtex beads are the b*ll***s u can hit them as hard as u like with a hammer and do nought to it but I would advise to stick them and not nail/stapler

When you need them next ask for render stop beads at your builders merchant and he will give you drip beads as you call them or bell beads as others call them or just google render stop bead
