Nice one mate, can't, get out of bed and face people this morning had no drink etherr, I reely reelly don't no what to do ,it like depression no when to strike ,ie at home ,at holidays, at work, when I was doing site work about 15 years ago people on site said I looked depressed in them days I was doing haft a house boarding doting skimming on me own,sorry don't no what the f**k am on a bout

The key mate is to face life in small doses, it's why the AA tag line is one day at a time...if your worrying about forever the imensity of it all swallows you up and it becomes an impossible challenge , like lurpack said small goals day to day and push away any thoughts of a broader future for the time being

I’m a larger than life person. Always thought depression was for woosses used to think get on with it.
After my Mum died I took a dive and got depressed and angry. Wanted to hurt people. I needed counciling and only just coming through it. It wasn’t loosing Mum that tipped me over but other peoples reactions

Depression is massive and real and always only a tip away. It’s just something little that gets you.
