ive showed it tech guys at a large bead manufacturer, they liked it but said they were not in the business of
producing tape but agreed it worked.

Here's an idea. Knock up a quick square out of cls timber, board over the wood and then you've got a window you can show us on. You're going to need something like that for trade shows anyway and to show all the big companies that will stock it

seriously though all other parties who have seen it have signed an NDA.
it would take a good amount of time to find out the exact glue used on tape ,type of material and also the fact it is a gaffa type with holes is unique and protected as far as i can.
there is a tape with holes used by phisiotherapists but is has different properties and use.
