Just post a picture in the morning, close-up of render

You're just hoping the building falls down on me, aren't you?
Ha, no , you might want some lime in the mix , doubt it but without any info about existing render , inside ,outside etc then it's a guess

Right...I don't usually touch render, but I should be able to manage this...iss only a bit of a patch, where some decorative shite is being pulled out, so I reckon I can fill that, screed it off the existing and rub it up.

What's the crack with SBR? Paint the blockwork with it? If so, do I use it like PVA or what?

And in the mix - like waterproofer...or more? Or Less?

Thanks.
Here you go silly b*ll***s! Lol

Well, that went fuckign brilliantly, didn't it?

The SBR worked OK but I hadn't figured on how much doing it off a lift was gonna slow me down.

Guess who's working til ten o'clock tonight with a pair of car headlamps.
And probably still have to chip it off in the morning before the customer sees.

Not the only one who’s been there, nor the first or the last lol. You have been warned tho , but even I couldn’t come up with headlights :numberone:

It was only a really farty little job as well....four story building that had moved, pulling the expansion bead asunder. Chip out the bead and replace, chip out a big crack on the ground floor and fit new bead.

That was it. Took me all fcuking day.

Add. Thankfully, it's not Buckingham Palace so if it doesn't come out quite as I hoped, it won't be the end of the world.

Glad you mentioned its not buck pl as I've always got the jobs their and last back to flat seemed to piss the old man off with the delay in double visit skimming on his private bog , I expect hell leave me a note to apologize
