There's always 1Gym this morning 6am for me (smug t**t) followed by a good days boarding and dabbing 7.30-5pm relax now.
The rowing machine makes me sick, a savage session on the concept 2 leaves me wrecked.Tried to do 25k in less than an hour on the static bike........just....just missed it.....pffft. Power setting 10, tried to keep revs over 80..... hard work.

I’ve done a 1k row, then 100 overhead (military) presses (light weight), then 50 20kg kettlebell swings ....then do it all again 4x in all.
