Do you know what mate in all my years ive never once discussed my earnings on here and never would.

If you want to jump to your own conclusions thats fine.

Far from boasting like yourself about earnings i was actually saying i wish we could charge that up hear and if anything being honest and putting myself down.

Of course theres some wages with profit with reference to having money tied up but im also acknowledging that im only a working man that needs jobs boxing off to ensue cashflow.

Not many people push my buttons but you just get personal when not needed.
 
I’ve seen more arguments here over money,and there is never anyone right or wrong.Eg: A plasterer in the west of Ireland will do the same job cheaper than one in the East.

Thing is thats not a preception of a site spread..hes slow its not how fast you go its like gibbo said its a method you work to if u wrked like that ud have a heart attack by time u was 40..

I do know of others who are more on the ball and supply labour And materials but want £200. They are very good though and clean.

South Yorkshire is a nice place to live but it has its bad Council Estate areas and ethnic areas like many West Yorkshire areas. Or any other UK town or City.

But housing is cheap here. You don’t need a mortgage over £100k as a first time buyer.

Harrogate and York is North Yorkshire and a different wealth altogether. Quite affluent. A bit like the borough of Hallam in Sheffield.

Prices of houses going up,prices of living going up,always up up up,then some savvy building contractor says I know how I can make even more dosh get the spreads in for £2.50 per metre,
