had to do really spot-on rendering using wooden screed-bars and plum bobs , and lining everything in with string lines ?? if so please tell us about this .

i use them a lot on my swimming pools render work i have a 6ft ,4ft, and love them, i do believe they are from up-tut -north-lad as the name says DARBY :-)

When i was a full-yime spread i had a milk crate and smaller beer crate wired together it was great !!!!!

you recommend for me to buy ! to spray Weber OCR tiling onto swimming pool shells and how would i screed the floor of the pool with the same machine/material bering -in mind pool floors often slope and are shaped ... ???? thanks for replies ......

Me and my lad will be in deepest somerset plastering a swimming pool under a tent in a light blue marble , then we will wet-polish it with diamond pads to make it smooth to the skin , where you lot working then ? :-)

yes the flexibility helps overcome the unevenness as thev pool plaster is just hand spread and not ever ruled -off :-)

Yes just been looking at that nela trowel, i will have to give it a go, if its very flexible , you know why everyone likes the flexible trowel , because they hide a multitude of sin's LOL :-)

just watched the video, and i would pour that mix over the Labradors head if he offerd that to me !!.....bloody rubbish , the best one i ever see for mixing plaster was two prongs like a fork with the inside prongs missing and the two end ones still there worked fantastic........

I used to do work for the council, and remember when i was green, we did same as this plasterer but the snake with tits said, Oh don't worry about the carpets we are buying new ones LOL, when we got back to the council depot there we were summoned to the office where they said she had put-in a...

mosaics can also cope best with the expansion in the surfaces or he may need expansion joints, most plaster will crack in time.....

Tell him not to be silly, it should be tiled or mosaic tiled or rendered , Skim plaster is made from gypsum and is very easily damaged by moister/water/liquids...... :-)

How many of you guys have written T &C that your customers sign before you commence working for them, just to cover yourselfes ? & where did you get your T&C's from ? have you had a solicitor check them over ? Just curios ...:-)
