I would ask manufacturer of mono mate and some will do a site visit but also I personally don't use sand/cement on buildings with no cavity because you are then stopping them breathing. I'm sure people on here will disagree but just my own experience
I just seen this! Had the same thing about 5 months ago then it went one day and I couldn't get up, the pain was unreal so went to chiropractor and had an X-ray. Turns out I've now got tortacolis which is where discs have worn in my neck! I can do small amounts of plastering but after a few days...
Putting price of machine aside and have lock up to store it would you still say it's nuts?
We normally take over someone's driveway anyway so can't see how a diesel will be much different? Also we can put site mix through it rather than buying bagged sand/cement.
Is it the rate it goes on or...
I had a Ritmo a few years ago, been looking at K4's/G4's etc and just thought by the time I get the machine, generator and water butt setup it's not much more area to pull up with a diesel? Are there any other reasons other than size that you would recommend an electric machine over diesel...
Doing good thanks mate! How are you?? Yeh we're getting quite busy. buying a new diesel at the moment isn't a good move for us just yet but maybe in the future. They're all around £20k new it seems like
It didn't help transit custom owners last week when radio 1 were announcing how easy it is to break into a transit! I'm getting deadlocks and new cylinder for drivers side this week

I blocked the customers toilet once with a log but they had no brush or plunger and they were in the opposite room so didn't want to risk opening the toilet door! so called my labourer to pass an off cut of bead through the window, got it down in the end, threw the bead out the window and walked...
I've plastered nightclubs/restaurants that have silly turn around deadlines that have been painted 30 mins after I've plastered, worked fine but I wouldn't risk it on my own gaff

We had to get a cash/trade account with every merchants then you'll get a list of prices which you can haggle a bit with and are saved so no chance of them pulling your pants down when you get to the till!

I didn't explain properly in the first post they were tanked internally about 10 years ago with bitumen which is now failed so I will probably end up re plastering the inside as the plasters damp but either way the render needs to be redone so rather than putting sand/cement back on I'm going to...
I don't have any pics at the moment but will get the customer to send some over. I put the damp internally down to no cavity with sand and cement on exterior, therefor holding moisture.
Whatever way I look at it it will need to be re rendered due to a few cracks and loads of patches over the...
Need to re render a property which is currently sand/cement, solid walls and has damp internally.
I advised the customer that lime render would be best to let the building breath as the interior has also been tanked.
I'll be honest i've never used a lime mix so was wondering what the best...
