Really? You can put your hand on your heart and say if you use either BG gyprime or Knauf HSP your still happy with the way hardwall and multi pre forms?

You can get a good finish but its hard work and what I don't understand is why if BG had products that worked better then what we have now did they remove them from the market?

yes i can honestly say that with a primer first its fine. hardwall and set is fine. hardwall is **** to use compared to other gear, but to skim over its fine. its all about the background not the gear when it comes to suction. hardwall can hang for ages. i cant see what your struggling with. youve got primer so it kills a lot of the suction. theres a nack to high suction walls. practise more

Artex ceiling it all came off a large front room ceiling reps been to see me apparently it doesn't stick to some paints they are now telling you to spot check it to see if it's gonna stick. Another lad we know did 2 full houses in it and 1 has all come off the other has cracked all over

Don't bother with uni finish I tried a bag on a wall that had been stripped of wall paper rubbed down etc
First coat went off reet quick thought this was
To be expected knocked up second coat a tad wetter, second coat was pulling up just as quick as the first
I managed to get it flat as it was a small wall
But I wouldn't use the uni again as if it ain't broke ie Pva (suction control) and multi don't
bother using it as it is twice the price and the aggro
