Same mix = 1 coat
Because you’re only laying it all down its Not a fresh coat on top.
Fresh mix = 2 coats
Get it geez?

Pfft amateurs mate! EVERYONEEEE knows 2 coats 1 mix is 1 coat.. especially me.

Quick question. If first pulled in and was tight. And wet same gear up n lay down.. what’s the difference with that and fresh gear

Waste of time knocking gear down mate. Why not mix fresh?

Doing it properley mate, you lay the first coat down
Flatten it a few times giving it about 20/30 minutes to pick up and pull into any defects.

You mix a light second mix and lay down ontop of that turning the wall into glass.

Cockney, please explain how you think that second mix you have just knocked up out of the exact same gear that is on the walls, which will set like lightening

Is going to be setting at the same time as the first coat on the walls, it's impossible to know that cos that second mix is being forced to dry at a stupid speed
