I've got the 11inch,14 and 16.
the two differences to marshalltown are the weight (Refina heavier) and the stainless steel is slightly thicker. seems easier to keep clean IMO.
Yea I didn't realise that cass , I've just had a look on the web site and they've got 12,14and 16You can get em in 13 mate.... sure they do a 12 aswell...
I tried one few years back threw the **** in the site skip within the hour

16'' normal skimming trowel mate ?? how u find it....?? better than the 14'' ? I;ve ordered a 14'' aswell today, as they look a decent finishing trowel..
ordered one today... ( came out the closet ) had to back order one tho, there getting some in soon, no 14,s in stock... bolox..lol
p.s s*p*r*lex trowel !my take on these trowels are there nice for trowelling up on boardwork but bend if you put pressure on ,I mean troweling up on backing coat they end up curled over like the old ragni trowel ,on MP finish there the dogs bollox for any part of the stage , I have 12,14,18 inch trowels . I dropped the 14inch one and its goosed now , it bent toe end of trowel up and I cant get it straight again . it acts very much like a plazzy and closes gear in quick , they are worth having imho.:RpS_thumbsup:

I saw one of these s*p*r*lex the other week very bendy steel blade are they any good
I wish you lot wouldn't go on about these. I had one and sold it on. Now im wondering whether I gave it a good enough go
Not on first flick and very little after that ,obviously if it starts tearing it you do ,keep your trowel wet and clean and it'll trowel anything :RpS_thumbsup:Do u use water with it on mpfinish

one thing to add , if you mix your top coat soft you can lay it in very neat with these , I use to get it neat with my mt but these are neater with less messing about
yes I use a plazzy on mp, final flick only but only because my plazzy is 24 inch less elbow grease required :RpS_thumbsup:Have u used a plastic trowel on mp.

You ******...lolI got the last 14 mate :RpS_thumbup:
No mate ive tried the plastic shite but this one was steel i like me finish like piss thought it might be goodi thought you had tried one gib?? unless you ment the normal refina trowels in which case you are right they are wank.
the s*p*r*lex as said does flex but its not enough to distorte the finish or skip any bumps i was a bit weary at first but find it very good, infact i find it lays in alot neater than an mt if i use my mt i have to flatten it before i start trowling but with this i dont.
not that that helps you really cos you lay in flat enough already
You ******...lol
it will help you , the flexibility helps get it flat from start ,straight out of boxNo mate ive tried the plastic shite but this one was steel i like me finish like piss thought it might be good
It could have been u
I cant speak for you ,but for me its worth having , I like plazzy as well, but that's me ,not everyone's sameI can get it flat as a witches tit anyway just wondered if it was a shite as every ever refina tool
