Umm tough one at the moment ,we sprayed this afternoon onto concrete blocks with rend aid and mesh I'm hoping that will hold it back a bit but I'm expecting it to be quite hard in the morning

Rake the beads back with a new scratcher,rend-aid with a roller and then put a tight coat over the top,should be fine mate Take care when rubbing up nice and gentle

Hi keith yes mate the pump has worked out well ,so well I've just bought a second 1 the large contracts have now turned more into mainly one off self builds which I prefer but real busy with them so the g4 is perfect how things with you,busy I hope if not ive got a few waiting lol

I agree owls we also had more guys last year but no one cares like you do it's just hassle you spend most of your time running around,dealing with snags ect so your own productive time gos down we're just doing one house at a time with every gang member doing there bit and me taking the odd day...

Never hand apply parex EHI ,,U have to spray it pump hard and fast and nice and wet and use a nice new sator

NEVER use bonding compound to stick render beads up.ive used to know someone that done that and within a year they had green mould patchies were every dab was

Thanks everyone for your advice,I've seen the one on ebay just a bit soon after Xmas prob looking around April-May would go to stu at ukplastering machines as he's my local dealer and always a safe but I was just looking for a few different views which you have all give me cheers guys

Alright lads need to get a second pump and am thinking of a little rimto any advice on which one to get,how long do the sators last,can it handle mono ok it's only a second pump so I know it won't do what my g4 will do but around 30-40 m2 here and there, any thoughts lads.

We have no problems pumping e grade through our g4 we use a d63 twister from Ryan at plasterers one stop shop and it sprays like a dream and just a 12kva geni as stated before make sure it e grade as you shouldn't b having any probs
