Jaybo , something like that all right! One wall i was able to put moisture board on part of it and it was still shy! tracked a mess of pipes and lecky, Ceiling only patched so its all ready for a couple of bags of skim to finish in the morning.

BigK , might need a bit of advice on the speedskim type things. The Nela worked out well and as i work off a hop up , one of those pole things would be well worth it if they work. If i decide to buy one ill put a shout out for a bit of advice.

yeah do same but if you dont get them early enough the finish grips like feck and your spending an hour at the end of the job cleaning them and trying not to damage the PVC i might try the silicon , im thinking no way the finish would stick to it and be easy to clean. I used to tape them but on...

Any tips for keeping the windows/doors clean when doing reveals etc? Been thinking spraying silicon would be quicker than taping but don't want to try it in case it damages the PVC. Any ideas to keep them clean?

I did one yesterday , ceiling and walls , i just washed it down with water , went off nicely , home by 3. PVA do no harm but will go off slower , be sure to wash the walls either way to get rid of dust etc.
