Been talking to a guy today that makes eps architectural stuff , which has a gel hard coat and then sprayed with 0.5mm texture , they look like the b*ll***s . Does that help ?

Cleats slip I inside the profile and are silicone in place bit like the nosing that you stated but join the profiles internally, phone dbp

We use cleats on butts and cut angles so they lap and returns using offcuts to create the same profile if you know what I mean

It is a minefield , we have been topping up vouchers with GD plans but I would say that most that take up the voucher scheme will make up any difference personally , it's hard work and an hell of a lot of paperwork

Plasterers one stop shop sell full systems and various ones at that but once your warranted in a system use that system and follow their spec for that system (normally available as a download frome their website)
