Can't you pour the screed, seems that's what they are doing on sites these days. Mate of mine had a screeding firm, all his work was site work and now has jacked it in, can't compete price wise. They block the door's threshold up, mark up the height on the walls and pump it in wet, self...

Bonding is pink and a smaller particle, if its rotten, can go a pinky brown colour, and soft, and it tends to smell. Don't know what that is in the picture, just interested what was on the wall.

What ever you use, you can't rub down until it's dry, prob next day. ........ever tried rubbing down damp filler,plaster,(etc) don't work . :-\ :)

I tried this years ago with a sprayer, the pva seemed to separate from the water, and as said above clogged up. But i'am sure it separates as it comes up the pipe, and all you get is water :-\ :D

Why is no scratch coat needed ?, What makes it exempt from a scratch coat ?. Asking because never used it before.

Why not just scratch 2 rooms, then drop back and top them if you got loads to do. I only use this method if the walls are thick.

Think you ought too mate.......Dels under the impression that you think internal render for skimming, is the same method as external render.. ie... Scratch coat one day, top coat the next. ?

As above...........Say 3 spreads working for you, say 500 a week each,=1.500 x 12 weeks (3 months) = 18000, lot of money to lose, pos mats aswell. Most of these firms which want these terms have bad cash flow, they survive on the money they owe you, and everybody else !. Probably limited as well .

I've got the c60 and the same happened to me, just took the safety off, and chucked it. Right as rain now. The safety is a waste of time on the collormix cause they don't cut out........Apart from that had mine 6 years now and going strong, still hardly any wear on the brushes, strong machine...
