How does this devil up? Doing a little job for a pal today 7m2 wall hardwall and set. Just floated it up and it's awful dragged like buggery. Perhaps it was me but bring on the s+c next week.

These are the trade body for damp proofing company's. There is a find a specialist thing on there page. Just forward this to the client and forget about it.
It's def a better job to take them off.
I have had in the past rusty boxes/screws snap. Whose paying for the repairs then? Do you do it yourself or get a sparks in. Either way your out of pocket.
I now try to loosen the screws if it's tight or I think it'll break they stay on.

Got mine on offer at b and q same price. Couple of years ago.
I carry a couple every winter. Little 2kw heaters about a £10er each. They are a must in empty houses to lift the temp a little get things going.
And a kettle for hot water to speed up a set.
You need to friend up the lads that work that side of the shop. I had a mate who worked the trade point. He'd text me when the plaster was coming to date and I would buy it up cheap. Like the yellow sticker joints of meat my mother in law used to get us when she worked in asda.
This is something I have wondered before. Last year we did a 3 coat slurry system in an under ground car park. 180m2 took an age to brush on.
@plasters1stopshop would an eze24 do this?

Yeah go with that.
Hanging is when it take a long time to set. "Hanging around"
Lash is get it on quick sharp "lash it on"
Hope this helps.

You need it to set, so the last coat doesn't pull off with the weight of the next coat. That will depend on suction etc. The waterproofer will kill the suction. So once the scratch coat is on, the next coat will hang for ever if you put it on the next day.

Can you see the bound edge that wraps around the edge of the board???
Any writing on the board?
If in doubt blue grit and skim any. Be fine.
