When i converted my singles skin garage the spec from building control was.
3x2 stud work to create a 2" cavity
3" kingspan in between studs
Breathable membrane on the back of the stud
Visqueen vapour barrier on the front of the stud.
My way of tackling it would be to seal the walls with a 3-1 sbr, once dry apply a 1-1 pva and skim whilst tacky.. Had 2 failures with grit and was shocked at how easy i scraped the whole ceiling off.
Yes you can re-skim it. Any decorating done in the 1st 12 months must be classed as temporary. It can be painted with a breathable paint after 6 weeks and papered after 12 months as the wall has to be allowed to dry out thoroughly.
My local travis been told April till they get some.. Used the make good stuff reluctantly told and loved it! Was smoother than bg and was rock hard in 2 hours so skimmed it...
Ive got an ankle strap for my fitbit... Very accurate as if you wear it on your wrist it measures your arm movements and not your steps... I found if i was carrying stuff it did register....
Seen this the other day saying barbers can make £300 a day... I can see them doing it on a Saturday but are you telling me they have a full shop during the day mid-week?? .... I live in a small town which is full of barbers ( mainly turks) and there is massive competition....
Yep bugs me also, can you keep the door shut so the cat doesn't get out....... Er shut it into another room also hate it when they have a dog and let it bark all day...
