and if you want your bond it to go further just water it down no need for pva but then again theres no need for bond it in 90% of applications

its a single skin wall that gets alot of the weather could the wall being saturated be the problem?

more like 6 months will make you a good skimmer with a good tutor, take a look at the likes of essexandys website some of the rendering on there isnt semi skilled
i dont know where ppl get the site prices/mtr are better in london ??? in my experience large inner city sites were around the 2-2.50 for skimming and double for 2 coat maybe slightly more
one thing that pisses me off about agency work is the majority of them want to pay you through an umbrella company if you want to work cis or they will offer you less per hour if you want to work paye either way they stuff you
most sparks/plumbers whatever who are on the books are on around 10-12/hr there isnt usually alot of labour intesive work when doing agency stuff as its generally patching so if someone is going to provide me with a bit of easy work when things are quiet on the price work ill take there hands...
i love a bit of agency work when theres nothing else on it usually turn up at 8 put a shitty spread on have an hour for dinner put a another shitty spread on and go home thank you very much easy money

i thought every trade had to have a cscs to get on site not just plasterers i thought if they had a cscs policy then it was if you dont have one you dont come on
you have to agree to the deduction of 2% aswell as it cant be passed on legally without your consent if it isnt in you start contract then they cant legally deduct it
